Whether you’re 3, 13, or 30+—behaviour support isn’t just for kids. We work with toddlers, teens, and adults too! If you’re looking for support, we’re here to help—no age limits, no cutoffs, just personalized care for every stage of life.
Our rate is $130 per hour, which reflects the cost of working directly with a Registered Behaviour Analyst.
We know behaviour therapy can be expensive, so we’re upfront about our costs. There are no hidden fees, and we’ll work with you to find a plan that fits your goals and budget, including options like shorter sessions and parent coaching.
A few things go into the pricing of our behaviour therapy services:
Type of Service – Different services (like direct therapy, consultation, or supervision) have different rates depending on what’s involved.
Who You’re Working With – Rates can vary based on the clinician’s training and credentials (for example, an RBA vs. a supervised behaviour therapist).
Behind-the-Scenes Work – A lot of planning, data analysis, and paperwork happens outside of sessions, and that’s factored into our pricing too.
In-Home or Community Sessions – If we’re coming to you, there might be a charge to cover travel time.
Keeping Things Fair – We check in regularly with what other local providers are charging to keep our rates competitive and fair.
It really depends on your goals, your child’s needs, and what works best for your family.
We usually start with an assessment or consultation to understand what’s going on and where support is most needed. From there, we’ll recommend a plan that fits your priorities, whether that’s a few focused sessions, ongoing parent coaching, or a full therapy program.
We’ll also consider your schedule, funding options, and how much support you feel comfortable with—because therapy should work for your whole family, not just on paper.
A Behaviour Support Plan is a clear, personalized guide to help your family succeed.
It includes:
Which behaviours we’re focusing on
Why they’re happening
Simple strategies to prevent challenges
New skills to teach
Safe, consistent ways to respond
How we’ll track progress together
We create each plan with your input—so it fits your child, your family, and your goals.
An RBA is a Registered Behaviour Analyst—a professional who is certified and registered to provide behaviour therapy and support under the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO). RBAs are trained to assess behaviour, develop support plans, and use evidence-based strategies to help individuals build skills and reach their goals.
Working with a regulated health professional means you're receiving care from someone who is accountable to a professional college and follows strict standards for ethics, safety, and quality. In Ontario, this helps protect you and your family by ensuring the person you’re working with:
Has the proper education, training, and credentials
Follows clear codes of conduct and professional guidelines
Is monitored by a governing body (like the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts)
Can be held accountable if something goes wrong
Regulation gives you peace of mind knowing you’re working with someone who is qualified, trustworthy, and committed to providing ethical, evidence-based care.
We know you have options, and choosing the right support for your child is a big decision.
Families choose to work with us because we combine evidence-based strategies with a down-to-earth, family-first approach. We're not just here to run programs—we're here to build real relationships, celebrate progress (big and small), and support you through the hard stuff too.
Our team includes experienced, caring professionals who take the time to understand your goals and tailor therapy to your child—not the other way around. We also value collaboration, transparency, and making sure you feel heard every step of the way.
We’re here to help make life a little easier, not more complicated. If that sounds like what you’re looking for, we’d love to connect.
Yes—you're always welcome!
We truly value family involvement, and we love when caregivers want to be part of the process. You’re not just allowed—you’re encouraged to observe, ask questions, and participate in a way that feels comfortable for you and supportive for your child.
That said, we’ll also chat about what kind of involvement works best for your child’s goals. Some individuals do better with a bit of space during sessions, while others thrive when parents or caregivers are actively involved. Either way, we’ll keep the lines of communication wide open and make sure you always know what’s going on.
You’re part of the team, and we’re glad to have you here!
Yes, absolutely!
We believe the best support happens when everyone is working together. We’re happy to collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), mental health professionals, teachers, and anyone else on your team.
With your consent, we can share goals, align strategies, and make sure we’re all supporting your child in a consistent and coordinated way. We’re big fans of team-based care—it leads to better outcomes and less stress for families.
Yes!
We often support families with behaviour, communication, or transitions at school or daycare. That might include developing strategies, offering resources, or collaborating with teachers and staff. However, it's important to first check with your school or childcare provider—some require permission or have specific policies about outside professionals being involved. Once we have the green light, we're happy to work together to support your child's success across settings.
We don’t have a physical centre at this time—but that’s actually part of what makes our services so flexible and personalized! We come to you—whether that’s your home, school, daycare, or even out in the community—so we can support real-life skills in real-life settings.
This approach helps us tailor therapy to your daily routines and goals, making it more practical, comfortable, and effective. Plus, no commute!
If you're not sure whether your location is within our service area, just reach out—we're happy to chat and see what works best.
If we’re working with your child:
We might play games, practice communication, or work on everyday routines
We’ll gently coach your child through new skills like sharing, asking for help, or handling big feelings
We’ll always keep it positive, supportive, and tailored to their pace
We track what’s working and adjust as needed to help progress stick
If we’re working with you as a parent or caregiver:
Troubleshooting tricky routines (like mealtimes, bedtime, transitions)
You’ll learn practical strategies to handle challenging moments with more confidence
We’ll break things down into small, doable steps you can actually use
You’ll get support—not judgment—as you build your own toolkit
We have experience supporting a wide range of behaviours, including those that may be considered intense or challenging. However, safety and fit are always our first priority. We take the time to understand each individual’s needs before beginning services and may recommend additional supports or collaborate with other professionals when needed.
If you're unsure whether our services are the right fit, we're happy to connect for a consultation to explore next steps together.
Our services are not designed for immediate crisis intervention.
While we can support challenging behaviours through proactive planning and ongoing consultation, we are not a crisis service. If you or someone you care about is in immediate danger or needs urgent support, please contact local emergency services or a crisis line.
We’re here to help build long-term strategies, reduce risks, and promote safety through collaborative planning—but crisis response is outside our scope of practice.
We strive for transparency at every stage of the process. Please see our cancellation policy for more information.
No—we’re closed on all statutory holidays and Sundays. We believe everyone deserves a proper break, including our team! If your regular session falls on a holiday, we’ll connect ahead of time to reschedule or plan around it.
Thanks for understanding—we’ll be back the next business day, ready to go!
