Any pricing changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice. We are committed to transparency and will notify clients of any applicable adjustments prior to invoicing or continued service
Service Fees

All fees will be discussed and confirmed prior to the start of services.

Rates may vary based on the type of service (e.g., assessment, direct therapy, consultation) and the qualifications of the provider.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We accept credit card, e-transfer, direct deposit.

Receipts are provided upon payment and may be used for insurance or reimbursement purposes.
Cancellations & Missed Appointments

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to the full session fee.

Exceptions may be made for illness or emergencies, at our discretion.

Funding & Reimbursement
Many of our services are eligible for funding or reimbursement through programs such as:

We’re happy to provide detailed invoices and documentation to help with funding claims, but please note that clients are responsible for confirming their individual coverage or eligibility.
Outstanding Balances

Any unpaid balances must be settled before scheduling future services.

We reserve the right to pause or discontinue services in the case of repeated non-payment.
